After the success of the first batch, IndiGrid once again chose Jombay to run Udaan’s second edition - across two tracks for General Managers and Managers
Here’s how the program took flight:
> Pre-Assessments to anchor clarity: A combination of personality, cognitive, and behavioral assessments gave participants a baseline view of their strengths and development areas.
> Development Journey for real growth: A blended 6-month experience with Instructor-Led Classroom Sessions (ILTs), Virtual ILTs, Group Connects, and Digital Learning to make learning continuous and practical.
> Competencies that matter to the role: Impact & Influence, Stakeholder Ecstasy, Analytical Decision Making, Curiosity, Leadership, and Result Orientation formed the core of the journey.
> Reports & insights: Each participant received an individual report, while leadership got a closure report to track development across the cohort.
The impact?
Sessions were rated 4.5/5 on average, and 100% of participants confirmed they could apply their learnings on the job - clear proof that Udaan is helping IndiGrid’s managers rise higher with every batch.
