    The experience brought together personality insights, simulations that reflected a day-in-the-life, situational judgement scenarios, and leadership challenges — creating a practical, role-relevant view of how participants respond to complexity, pressure, and change.

    Each participant received an individual report highlighting key strengths and development priorities, supported by an exercise summary that gave leaders a cohort-level view of capability patterns.
