That’s why Alkem Laboratories, one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companies, partnered with Jombay to design a development journey for its senior managers in R&D. The goal was simple yet powerful: help them move past perfectionist tendencies, embrace accountability, and make effective decisions that fuel productivity and collaboration.
How we shaped the journey:
- Anchored in science: We began with assessments like 27 Echo and 180-Degree Feedback to build self-awareness and highlight perception gaps.
- Immersive development: Through in-person ILTs and Group Connects, participants practiced skills around accountability, ownership, and decision-making in a safe, reflective environment.
- Reinforced with reflection: Reports and debriefs provided participants with clarity on strengths and development areas, ensuring learnings were tied back to real-world R&D challenges.
The impact so far
Participants walked away with valuable opportunities for self-reflection, sharper clarity on how to align with organizational goals, and a renewed sense of ownership in their roles.
