• R1 RCM is an American revenue cycle management company. Their captive organization in India wanted their people managers to improve their ability to lead teams virtually at work. The aim was to get these managers to better empathize with their team members, have balanced feedback conversations & better manage their teams virtually.
• Jombay deployed a development journey for these people managers, with VILTs and digital learning on iDev. Our master classes received a feedback of 4.7/5!

2> “LEADERSHIP ESSENTIALS” PROGRAM at RAHEJA QBE

• Raheja QBE is a General Insurance Company. They wanted to train their mid-senior managers on competencies essential to leadership. Jombay ran a development program to enable learning on these competencies. This included immersive VILTs and self directed digital learning on iDev.

• White Rabbit is a software development company that builds mobile and web applications. They wanted their Functional Heads, Project Managers & Winning Manager Program to undergo training sessions dealing with Personal & People Leadership.
