    The experience was aligned to a wide range of competencies critical in a dynamic financial services environment - from Customer Focus, Collaboration, and Communication, to Learning Agility, Managing Ambiguity, Emotional Maturity, and Driving Results - ensuring insights reflected both business and behavioral effectiveness.
  • Built around real work scenarios:
    Participants went through a combination of personality insights, cognitive exercises, simulations, case-based problem solving, and structured interviews. Together, these provided a practical, role-relevant view of how individuals think, adapt, collaborate, and deliver in everyday work situations.
  • Clear, actionable insights:
    Each participant received an individual report highlighting strengths and focus areas, while leadership teams were supported with stack ranks and exercise summary reports - enabling structured, data-backed talent conversations.

What this enabled

The Development Centre gave Aditya Birla Capital a sharper, more objective view of its talent at the individual contributor level. Participants gained meaningful self-awareness to guide their growth, while the organization strengthened its ability to support development through insight rather than intuition. The experience was strongly valued, reflected in an NPS of 10 - a testament to its relevance, rigor, and impact.
