Yash Rasayan (part of HLE Group - the largest process equipment manufacturing company in India), wanted to take a deeply internal approach to leadership growth, with a strong emphasis on development rather than external hiring.

> Designed comprehensive, multi-modal assessments: We used a mix of online and in person assessments - using Jombay’s 27 Forte Personality Assessment (online), followed by face-to-face Case Study Based Group Discussions, Role Plays, and Behavioral Event Interviews. This ensured a thorough and practical evaluation of each leader.
> Facilitated personalized, one-on-one feedback: The assessment outcomes were complemented with detailed individual feedback sessions to guide each senior leader’s development journey.

Rich, actionable insights into each leader’s strengths and growth areas - equipped Yash Rasayan’s leadership team with the clarity to confidently chart personalized growth paths and strengthen their leadership bench from within. The initiative earned a strong NPS of 9.
