  • Established a clear starting point: The journey began with personality insights, business case assessments, and structured interviews to identify strengths, development areas, and readiness for future roles.
  • Focused development on future-ready capabilities: Participants went through 14 virtual instructor-led sessions and 4 group connects covering critical themes such as Influencing & Collaboration, Emotional Mastery, Execution Excellence, Career Management during Critical Milestones, and Building People Leadership Capability for the People Leader track.
  • Created a journey, not an event: Learning was spread over multiple touchpoints, allowing participants to reflect, practice, and apply new behaviors over time while building readiness for larger responsibilities.

What this enabled

The initiative gave participants greater clarity on what future success would require and helped them build the capabilities needed to get there. At the same time, Comviva gained richer insights into readiness, enabling more informed talent decisions.

Perhaps most importantly, the learning translated into everyday work. As one participant shared:

I can say this has been an eye-opening session for me. I have understood the importance of emotional mastery in the workplace. I am now applying it in my day-to-day activities, and it has greatly improved coordination, mutual trust, and respect within the team.
