> Mapped to Glenmark’s core competencies for managerial success: The assessments were designed around Drive Results, Stakeholder Orientation, People Orientation, Change Agility, and Business Acumen.

> Added tech and AI to the Development Centre experience: We conducted a host of virtual assessments that included the 27 Forte Personality Assessment, a business case study, a Simulation, and a Recorded Interview.

> Tied in an efficient, human centric approach: Glenmark’s internal assessors were trained to conduct BEIs and share scores, which were combined with virtual assessment results to create comprehensive, unified reports for each participant.
