At Visionet (a leading US IT services firm), this meant taking a closer look at their leadership layers across the globe. The goal was two-fold: to empower these 100 leaders across geographies with insights to support their growth, and to identify high-potential successors ready to step into larger roles.

To make this happen, Visionet partnered with Jombay to roll out a targeted Development Centre experience; designed to uncover individual development needs while giving the organization a sharper view of future leadership potential.

> Mapped to Visionet’s global leadership competencies – The development center was aligned to five core competencies: Championing Customer Centricity, Leading & Developing People, Innovating, Managing Self, and Building Collaborative Partnerships.

> An asynchronous, scalable assessment experience – A fully virtual setup using the 27 Echo Personality Assessment and Day-in-the-Life Inbox Simulation ensured participation from 100 leaders across geographies, without compromising on depth.

> Delivered insights with a development-first lens – Each participant received a detailed individual report outlining strengths and focus areas; creating clarity and momentum for targeted development.

> Enabled strategic visibility into leadership potential – Visionet’s talent teams gained a sharper view of potential successors, helping align development efforts with long-term business needs.

This initiative helped Visionet lay the foundation for a strong, future-ready leadership pipeline; grounded in data, aligned with strategy, and built to scale!
