To empower women professionals with both confidence and capability, Infineon, a global semiconductor leader headquartered in Germany, partnered with Jombay to design a journey that helps them lead with authenticity, innovation, and intent.
Inspired by the idea of “Spoorthi” - meaning energy and inspiration, the initiative focused on helping participants recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and build a mindset ready for growth.
What the journey looked like:
- Grounded in mindset and skill: The experience brought together Jombay’s Women Leaders framework with in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and digital learning, creating a well-rounded development journey.
- Anchored in growth: Participants explored a spectrum of leadership mindsets — from being proactive Protagonists and resilient Warriors to creative Mavericks and Enterprising mentors. These were complemented by skills around leading people, leading business, and mentoring others.
- Designed for impact: The program’s phased approach ensured that participants could reflect, practice, and apply what they learned, making leadership growth both personal and practical.
The Impact
