That’s where the journey began.
Partnering with Jombay, Vedanta launched a 360-Degree Feedback & Coaching initiative for mid-managers and senior leaders. But collecting feedback was just the start. For selected leaders, this turned into something much more—a space for real reflection, guided conversations, and action-oriented coaching.
What are we seeing so far?
✔ Leaders are leaning in - Participants are curious, reflective, and open to exploring their growth areas. Many have shown a willingness to engage in meaningful, candid conversations.
✔ There’s genuine intent to grow - Participants have taken initiative beyond the 360 degree exercise & coaching sessions—exploring learning materials and following up on development actions discussed.
✔ Positive shifts are beginning to show - Participants have already shared how small behavioural adjustments are beginning to make a difference - both personally and in how they approach business situations.
