Highlights on our 2020s ASSESSMENT & DEVELOPMENT CENTERS (part 4)
- Home First India (HFFC) – An Assessment Center was conducted to identify the development areas of Branch Managers and Branch Manager Designates across the organization. The tool mix included the Psychometric Assessment, Situational Judgement Test, Manage First Simulation, Critical Thinking Assessment, and Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI).
- Tech Mahindra – We conducted an Assessment center for approx. 600 Program Managers. The assessment matrix included the ManageFirst Simulation, LeadLite Simulation and recorded caselets based Interviews.
- Takeda – An Assessment Center was conducted across multiple levels including Business Leads and Key Account Managers aligned to Takeda Group’s competency framework. The tool mix included the Future Ready Manager Assessment, Situational Judgement Test, Critical Thinking Assessment, and Lead First Simulation.
