For Epsilon, a global leader in data-driven marketing and technology, this belief shaped the Leadership Essentials Program. The goal was clear - to help their Directors reflect on strengths, uncover development areas, and anchor growth in the essentials of leadership.

  • Anchoring the essentials in science: Using a blend of assessments, simulations and a 270° Feedback Exercise - participants gained multi-dimensional insights into their leadership styles.
  • Mapping what matters most: Each assessment was tied to Epsilon’s critical competencies: Strategic Acumen, Financial Acumen, Leadership Presence, Nurturing Talent, and Change Leadership.
  • Turning insights into clarity: With Individual Reports, Stack Rank, and Exercise Summary Reports, both participants and leadership teams walked away with actionable takeaways.

The result? With an NPS of 8, participants confirmed the program gave them sharper self-awareness and clear direction on strengthening the leadership “essentials” that will carry them (and Epsilon) into the future.
