Enabling Being Human to build stronger leaders

Great leaders don’t just manage—they evolve, adapt, and drive real impact! And to build a strong leadership pipeline, organizations need to first gain clear insights into their leaders’ strengths and development areas.

Being Human, an Indian sustainable fashion brand, wanted a data-driven approach to assessing their leaders—with the goal of identifying key development areas that would later help them build effective development plans. Jombay partnered with them to design a Development Centre that provided in-depth assessments and actionable insights.

Here’s how we made it happen:

> Evaluated leadership across four key dimensions - We collaborated with the CHRO and senior leaders to understand the organization’s direction and leadership expectations. Based on that, the participants were assessed on key leadership competencies - Personal Focus, People Focus, Customer Focus, and Business Focus.

> Used a data-backed, immersive assessment approach - We deployed a mix of a personality assessment, case studies, and an assessor-led Behavioral Event Interview to ensure that the assessment experience was scientifically valid & immersive!

> Delivered deep insights - Post-assessment, we conducted a detailed report debrief, helping decision-makers understand their leadership’s strengths and key development areas to shape future growth strategies.

The result?

Being Human successfully gained valuable insights into their leadership talent, which will serve as a foundation for crafting targeted development plans. The impact of the Development Centre was reflected in its impressive Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 9—a testament to its effectiveness!
