Société Générale is a French multinational investment bank and financial services company with over 150 years of legacy. Their business units in India and Romania wanted to introduce a Virtual Assessment Center experience to their critical talent for the first time. The intervention’s objective was to identify the strength and development areas of critical talent at mid-senior & senior levels to help them perform their current roles better.
