Arjun, the unstoppable warrior.
The finest archer.
The hero of Kurukshetra.
The man who never missed his mark.
But what made him truly great?
Krishna. His guide. His Saarthi.
Krishna didn’t fight the war for Arjun. But he gave him clarity, strategy, and the wisdom to fight it himself.
And to succeed at work, we often need the right “saarthi” :)
I’ve found my saarthis along the way in the form of great managers, wonderful mentors and passionate teams. From Ashwin Rangan to Nickhil Jakatdar, Rajan Mehra and many more! Each of them have guided my growth.
This idea of having a ‘saarthi’ kept coming back when we built our WOW WOW Workplace Engagement Survey.
“How about an AI Saarthi?” - we thought!
And so, our survey doesn’t just collect feedback and give a manager scorecard; it has an AI powered action planning feature that gives managers clear, strategic steps to help them build high-performing teams. The modern saarthi for modern managers!
Love it when our history and personal experience shapes how we use AI :) Have you tried out any traditional/personal ideas in the AI world?
